CFDC on Board With The Business Sisters

community futures development corporation of sd&g supports the business sisters

It’s been a busy week with area organizations stepping forward to show their support for The Business Sisters Conference. This time it’s the Cornwall & the Counties Community Futures Development Corporation (CFDC) which has come on board!

This is one of 15 Community Futures Development Corporations (CFDCs) in Eastern Ontario. All are operating through the Community Futures Program by the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, Fed Dev Ontario.

They deliver a wide variety of programs and services to support community economic development and small business growth. Serving the City of Cornwall, the Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry (SD&G) and Akwesasne, the CFDC works with businesses and government in promoting responsible commerce and employment opportunity.

We wish to acknowledge not only the Presenting Partnership support of the CFDC, which helps provide a top-notch experience for our attendees, but also the tremendous effort that  Executive Director Micheal McGillivray continues to provide with introductions to other partners and speakers.

It’s a pleasure to work with Mike and his team!

The regular All-Day Pass for The Business Sisters Conference is $149 per person (+HST). This includes education and networking sessions, breakfast, lunch, breaks and wine & cheese reception.
