We are thrilled to announce that we will be offering FREE Professional headshots to participants at The Business Sisters Conference ! This is courtesy of the dynamic duo of Phillipa Maitland-Heath and Josie Baerg of Fovea Photography Agency and the wonderful team of Sophie Rioux and Josée Roy-Pilon at WFG – World Financial Group (Cornwall Office).

About this session

Headshots will be taken by Phillipa and Josie during the breaks, lunchtime and the wine & cheese reception. Spots will be limited to 36 participants. We may have time for more, we’ll just have to see!

Shortly after delving deep and completing the first-ever course offered on Personal Brand Photography, Phillipa and Josie launched Fovea. They have taken the knowledge gained in how to plan visual brand story segments, and paired it with over 15 years of combined professional photography, to bring about an exciting new business to the Ottawa area. They are two of only a handful of Canadians (and the only ones in the Ottawa region!) to take the course for this rapidly growing niche in the photography world. They are excited to help create a professional and engaging visual space online for entrepreneurs and businesses who want to scale their business and increase conversions.

Phillipa Maitland-Heath

Phillippa Maitland-Heath, photographerPhillipa is extremely passionate and committed to her craft of storytelling. She has been documenting weddings in the Ottawa area and internationally for ten years, and has been published internationally. She believes that your visual presence online is what sets you apart from your competitors.

Her ability to plan and execute your branding session with efficiency is what makes her unique and incredible to work with. Making you feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera allows her to capture what really matters to you!

Josie Baerg

Josie McDonald photographerJosie graduated from NAIT with a diploma in Photographic Technology in 2014 and hasn’t stopped since then. Working in the field in both commercial and weddings for 4 years now, Josie has extensive knowledge and experience. After completing the course on personal branding photography Josie is ready to take on your branding needs! With her ability to photograph your business in a new and exciting way that will connect with your audience. She is passionate about how you connect with your followers, believing that audience engagement transforms you from a “business on Instagram” to a professional account that draws the right attention and traction from potential clients.
