About this session
Heather will be conducting two sessions. One in the morning and one in the afternoon. Each will combine Essentrics and her own mindfulness approach.
Essentrics is a movement practice that was developed by Canadian fitness trainer and former ballerina Miranda Esmonde-White. Heather has studied this technique and she explains that it combines the healing movement of yoga and Tai Chi, and the strengthening of Pilates and ballet. It is especially helpful for people looking to regain mobility and range of motion after injury. The Montreal Canadiens use Essentrics as their stretch program to help them recover and prevent injury!
